Chelsea have set an asking price to sell Liam Delap this summer, according to talkSPORT journalist Alex Crook.

The west London giants have decided to cash in on Delap, and they have already received an approach from Como.

Como recently signed defender Trevoh Chalobah from the Blues, and they are now keen on bringing Delap to the club.

Chelsea have set a price tag of £40 million for the Englishman, and it remains to be seen whether Como can convince him.

Delap would ideally prefer to continue in the Premier League next campaign, and he is prepared to wait for such offers first.

Nicolas Jackson has likewise been linked with an exit from the Blues, but it could largely depend on whether the price tag is met.

Chelsea want a hefty £60m for the former Villarreal man, and they have yet to receive any suitable bids for his services this summer.

The Blues start the new Premier League season against Fulham.
