Arsenal eyeing January deal for RB Leipzig winger?

Arsenal could enter the transfer market for a new left winger when the transfer window reopens at the turn of the year.

The Gunners signed Christos Tzolis from Club Brugge to strengthen the left wing over the summer, and he has fared brilliantly with four assists.

However, they will need to manage his workload in the long run. He recently sustained a hamstring injury playing for Greece in the Nations League.

Eberechi Eze is the immediate deputy for the left-wing position at the moment, but the Englishman is not a natural in the attacking role.

Hence, a new solution could be pursued at the turn of the year after the club parted ways with both Leandro Trossard and Gabriel Martinelli.

RB Leipzig’s Antonio Nusa was under consideration in the last transfer window, and he has since been in fantastic form for his club and Norway.

He has six goal contributions in the ongoing campaign and Arsenal seem convinced that he would provide good competition to Tzolis.

He could be purchased for a package of around £60m.
