Reform UK’s deputy leader Richard Tice faced questions in a series of BBC local radio interviews, ahead of his party’s autumn conference.
He told BBC Radio Cornwall’s Julie Skentelbery that more affordable housing was “absolutely vital in areas like Cornwall” with a focus on providing for “young, British-born people”.
Tice said his party would introduce a right to buy scheme to help get people on to the housing ladder.
