Taylor Swift, Madonna, and LISA were among the big winners at the MTV Video Music Awards (VMAs) on Sunday evening in downtown Los Angeles.
Madonna performed at the awards show for the first time in more than 20 years, and took home a handful of awards including artist of the year.
Meanwhile, Taylor Swift was awarded the first-ever Artist Director Honor and also scooped the night’s top award, video of the year.
