Arsenal have been offered the opportunity to land AC Milan winger Rafael Leao for £43 million during the summer transfer window, according to Teamtalk.
The Portuguese has been a mainstay for the Rossoneri, but his future is uncertain with his contract expiring in 2028. So far, he has not agreed to a contract renewal, which could pave the way for a summer exit.
Arsenal have been alerted to the attacker’s availability and asking price (£43m). The Gunners are eyeing a marquee left winger as they seek to replace Leandro Trossard or Gabriel Martinelli at the end of the ongoing campaign.
Leao has played in a front two with Christian Pulisic for Milan this term. He has just 13 goal contributions. The former Lille man managed 25 goal involvements as a left winger in the previous season.
Leao is visibly upset by the change in position under manager Massimiliano Allegri, which is a prime reason he could depart the Milan heavyweights in the next transfer window.
