Bad weather halts Women’s PGA Championship final round

Storms delayed the start of the final round of the Women’s PGA Championship by three and a half hours on Sunday.
Play got under way shortly before noon local time at Hazeltine National Golf Club in Chaska, Minnesota.
South Korea’s Haeran Ryu held a one-shot lead going into the final round, on 11 under.
Canada’s Brooke Henderson was one behind, while America’s Nelly Korda – chasing a historic third straight major championship win – was four shots off the lead at start of play.
Blustery conditions affected Saturday’s third round as overnight leader Ina Yoon blew a five-shot lead.
Korda said the weather would affect how aggressively she approached the final round.
