Arsenal winger Leandro Trossard is poised to finalise his move to Besiktas after Belgium’s exit from the World Cup.

The Red Devils bowed out of the global tournament after a 2-1 loss to Spain in the quarter-final on Friday evening.

Trossard will now travel out of the United States and plans to visit Istanbul next week to finalise personal terms with Besiktas.

Arsenal have already agreed a £17 million package for the 31-year-old’s sale, and a replacement has been found as well.

They have a preliminary agreement with Club Brugge for Christos Tzolis, and he is waiting for permission to undergo a medical.

Arsenal will reportedly pay around £35 million for the 24-year-old, who bagged 22 goals and 29 assists for Brugge last season.

Tzolis has also been linked with other Premier League clubs, but he has accepted the Arsenal project and limited playing time.

The Greek is expected to play as a backup left winger. The Gunners want to sign Aston Villa‘s Morgan Rogers for the starting spot.
