Several people have been injured at a Berlin LGBT event, police say, after reports that a vehicle drove into a crowd.

An intensive manhunt is currently under way, police say, as they urged people to avoid the area.

The injured are being treated by emergency services at the Tiergarten park, police added.

The annual pride event, Christopher Street Day, has been cancelled.
