There are generally two types of people when it comes to vacationing at sea: cruise people and non-cruise people. It’s rare to find an ambivalent traveler somewhere in between. I, for one, am firmly a cruise person, in part because I grew up around it—my parents both worked in the cruise industry, and we always lived near a port, meaning we were regularly going on cruises or welcoming guests over for dinner who had just disembarked one.

As part of its summer sale, Celebrity is offering 75% off your second guest’s cruise fare, plus savings of up to $650 per room and a $100 ‘Book now bonus’ if you book by July 29, 2026. This is an easy way to bring down the cost of a trip for couples or friends traveling together, especially since it can be stacked with additional ways to save. It applies to select sailings of three nights or longer taken through May 10, 2028, and a promo code is not required. Itineraries range from weekend getaways—like a 3-Night Key West and Bahamas trip starting at $335 per person—to longer jaunts, like the 8-Night Aruba, Bonaire, & Curacao trip starting at $887 per person.
