Sir David Beckham’s share of dividends from his brand business has reached just under £38.5m, after DRJB Holdings, the umbrella company for the Beckham brand, reported record profits ahead of this summer’s World Cup.
Accounts for DRJB Holdings show pre-tax profits increased by roughly 46 per cent to nearly £50m in the year to the end of December. Revenue rose to £84m, from £72.2m the previous year.
The company, registered at Companies House as DRJB Holdings Limited, had until 30 September 2026 to file its accounts for the year to 31 December 2025, according to its Companies House record.
The accounts point to several new commercial partnership deals with sponsors of the tournament, including McDonald’s, PepsiCo’s Lay’s and the American telecommunications group Verizon.
Beckham featured in a series of World Cup advertising campaigns for all three companies. He also appeared in campaigns alongside Bank of America and the technology group Lenovo.
During the year he launched his first co-designed menswear collection for Hugo Boss and released a second version of his Predator football boots with Adidas. Beckham has more than 100 million followers on social media.
DRJB paid £38.9m to its shareholders during the year, a slight decline on the previous year. After the financial year ended, the company paid an additional special dividend of £46.6m.
DRJB Holdings is majority owned by Authentic Brands Group, the New York-based brand and licensing company behind Reebok, Quiksilver and Billabong. Beckham retains a 45 per cent stake, which put his combined share of the two payouts at just below £38.5m.
In January 2022, Business Matters reported on talks over the sale of a majority stake in his brand company to the American group.
Business Matters reported in January 2025 that DRJB’s accounts for 2023 credited the Netflix documentary about David and Victoria Beckham with boosting earnings. The four-part series was released in October 2023, according to that report.
In 2019, Business Matters reported that Beckham had paid £38m to buy Simon Fuller out of their joint business, Beckham Brand Holdings, in which Fuller’s XIX Entertainment held a 33 per cent stake.
Authentic also holds the rights to a number of other celebrity brands, including those of Kevin Hart and Shaq. Its portfolio includes Juicy Couture and the image rights of Muhammad Ali and Marilyn Monroe, Business Matters reported in 2022.

Companies House records show changes to the DRJB board this year. Kevin Gwaltney Wills was appointed a director on 30 March 2026, the same day that Jamie Salter’s directorship ended, according to the company’s filing history.
