A man in his 30s has died after a car crashed through the entrance of a Lidl shop in Wolverhampton.
Police were called to the supermarket in Finchfield Hill shortly before 18:00 BST on Friday.
West Midlands Police said the man was pronounced dead at the scene and a number of other people were treated for injuries.
West Midlands Fire Service said it dispatched four crews to the incident at 17:51 BST with two crews still at the scene at 20:05 BST.

The car had crashed through the entrance of the shop, smashing the glass, and remained just inside the doors on Friday night as emergency services arrived at the scene.
Tina Bonev, who witnessed the crash, said it was “absolutely terrifying” and there had been “shock and confusion” in the aftermath.
Videos supplied to the BBC by eyewitnesses showed shoppers stood just metres from where the car had crashed into the store. Debris from the car and items from the shelves were strewn across the shop floor as an alarm sounded and a man shouted: “Everyone get out the store.”
A woman could be heard asking: “Can anybody do first aid?”
Police have cordoned off Finchfield Road West and Finchfield Hill and a fire engine was parked outside the supermarket. Police said the roads were expected to remain closed for some time and advised drivers to find alternative routes.
Cars remained in the Lidl car park and the shop’s entrance appeared to be damaged.
“The man’s death is not being treated as suspicious and our thoughts are with his family at this sad time. Officers remain at the scene to help fire and ambulance colleagues carry out their enquiries,” a police spokesperson said.
