Josh Hader’s wife, Maria Hader, shared a mirror selfie to her Instagram story this week, working a black graphic T-shirt with a pair of multicolor striped straight-leg jeans.

The tee carries a busy multicolor print across the front, and the jeans run in bold vertical stripes of red, cream, purple and dark brown, turned up at the ankle above a pair of red flats. She held her phone in front of her face for the snap, one leg forward, against a pale paneled wall and a tiled floor.

Josh Hader’s wife, Maria, shares a snap of son Lucas’s Michael Jordan-inspired Halloween look
Josh Hader’s wife, Maria, posted another snap to her story shortly after, where Lucas was dressed as the star of Space Jam: a light blue Tune Squad basketball uniform with red trim, worn over a white T-shirt with blue and orange sleeves, a blue wristband and white high-top sneakers.
He was bent forward in a dribbling stance, an orange basketball under his hand on the room’s light wood floor, with a gray sectional sofa, burgundy pillows and a dark wood side table behind him. The costume nods to the 1996 film, in which Michael Jordan suits up alongside the Looney Tunes.
“I want to be Michael Jordan for Halloween”

Maria wrote the line across the bottom of the slide, framing the outfit as Lucas’s own request rather than a costume she picked for him.
Josh Hader, a six-time All-Star, has just finished his third season with Houston on a five-year, $95 million contract. The left-hander pitched to a 2.05 ERA with 28 saves in 48 games in 2025 before a left shoulder capsule strain ended his year in August, and biceps tendinitis then cost him the first 61 games of 2026.
He returned on June 2 and locked down his 230th career save in an 11-9 win over the Pirates.
