Barnet have condemned racial abuse targeted at Isiah Noel-Williams after the midfielder was sent off in their 1-1 draw with Oldham.

Posting on X, external, the club shared a screengrab of a post on Noel-Williams’ Instagram account, where a user had responded with a racist image.

“Barnet FC condemns in the strongest terms the racist abuse directed at Isiah Noel-Williams on Instagram following today’s game,” the club said in their statement.

“Isiah has our full and unwavering support. There is no place for racism in football, online or anywhere in society.”

Noel-Williams signed for League Two Barnet from National League South side Hemel Hempstead Town in the summer.

The 23-year-old was sent off for a foul in the 70th minute at the Hive, with Oldham going on to score a 94th-minute equaliser.
