Saracens’ England ‘A’ centre Angus Hall has signed a new contract with the Prem club.

The 20-year-old, who came through the club’s academy, made three Prem appearances last season as well as playing once in the European Champions Cup and three times in the Prem Rugby Cup.

He also spent time on loan at Champ side Ampthill as well as featuring against Spain and an All Blacks XV for England’s ‘A’ side in November.

“Angus is exactly the type of player we want to build this club around,” newly-appointed director of rugby Brendan Venter told the Saracens website.

“He’s an exciting young back with genuine pace, outstanding instincts and a real desire to keep improving every day.

“What has impressed us most is his attitude. He works hard, embraces every challenge and understands what it means to represent Saracens.

“We believe he has an incredibly bright future and we’re delighted that he’ll continue that journey with us for the long term.”

Saracens have not disclosed the length of Hall’s new contract.
