How to complete the Citadel of the Ancient Fae quest in Genshin Impact

Talk to Koshkin and Glinin

The Citadel of the Ancient Fae quest starts automatically after you complete the To the Kristall City World Quest. Once you’re at the railway station, talk to Koshkin and Glinin. You can find them near the pillar.

Overlook Novokitezhgrad

After speaking to Koshkin and Glinin, head north to find an exit and overlook Novokitezhgrad. You’ll also find an Exquisite Chest near the stairs.

Go to Novokitezhgrad

You’ll be automatically teleported inside a train heading towards the city. Exiting the train will start a short cutscene.

Walk around the streets of Novokitezhgrad

After the cutscene, walk around the streets and make your way to the plaza.

Go and see what’s going on

Unlock the Statue of The Seven

You can also unlock the Statue of The Seven in Downtown Novokitezhgrad before heading to the tavern. Additionally, you can upgrade Cryo Traveler’s signature weapon, Exaiphanes Blade.

Go to the tavern

After talking to Thrud and other fae, head to the tavern with Koshkin and Glinin. This will also complete the Citadel of the Ancient Fae quest in Genshin Impact. As a reward for completing the quest, you’ll get 20 Primogems and 26,500 Mora.
