Omarion Hampton and the winless Los Angeles Chargers had a much-needed bye in Week 7. During the time away from the field, Hampton’s girlfriend, Lilly Heder, enjoyed a getaway in Mexico.
On Monday, Heder posted photos on Instagram of her trip to Los Cabos, Mexico. The photos didn’t reveal if the Los Angeles Chargers running back was with her. She posed in a two-piece blue printed bikini and a cowboy hat while on a pool deck. She also shared a photo of herself relaxing in an infinity pool.

The coastal retreat was just a few weeks after Lilly Heder posted photos from a fall festival in Huntington Beach, California.
The Los Angeles Chargers will take on the Los Angeles Rams on Sunday afternoon at SoFi Stadium.

Omarion Hampton shared sideline photo alongside girlfriend Lilly Heder
On Tuesday, Los Angeles Chargers running back Omarion Hampton shared a photo of himself and his girlfriend, Lilly Heder, on Instagram. The photo was taken on the sidelines at SoFi Stadium prior to a Chargers game.
In the photo, she wore the running back’s jersey to show her support. Hampton captioned the photo with just a white heart emoji.
“🤍,” Hampton captioned the Instagram post.
Hampton and Heder first met when they were in high school and then they both went on to attend the University of North Carolina. In 2025, they showed support for each other as the running back celebrated Heder’s graduation from the university. Heder then supported Hampton as he was selected by the Los Angeles Chargers with the 22nd draft pick in the 2025 NFL draft.
