Manisha Upadhayay, who claimed those two early wickets, finished with 4-17, while Rubina Chhetry took 3-23.
Five of Scotland’s six bowlers were among the wickets with spinner Abtaha Maqsood returning 3-14 as they bowled Nepal out for 68 inside 14 overs. Bindu Rawal and Roma Thapa top scored with 14 for the hosts with Chhetry (10) was the only other batter to reach double figures.
The top four teams in the Super 6 will qualify for this summer’s Women’s T20 World Cup, which is being held in England from 12 June.
