Harborside Floriana is just a seven-minute walk from Valletta’s historic center and the home of this stylish loft apartment, which is tucked away on the second floor of an early 20th-century listed building. There’s no elevator access, so bear that in mind, but once you’re in, you’re rewarded with beautiful traditional high ceilings, a Maltese timber balcony ripe for lazy coffees, and a spacious living/dining area. A complete remodel by a London artist has seen the introduction of concrete floors, white walls, and a thoroughly modern treatment throughout, evoking a cool industrial vibe—think Berber rugs, local original artwork, and a curated collection of furniture. And from the window, enjoy beautiful views over Floriana’s gardens and the rooftops beyond.
