The search for survivors continues in the city of Catia la Mer following the earthquake in Venezuela last week.

At least 1,450 people are known to have been killed – but some continue to be rescued from beneath collapsed buildings days after the disaster.

In some areas, neighbours and family members have been searching for loved ones with their bare hands and any tools they can access.

The BBC’s Will Grant reports from the scene on the effort of locals to find any survivors.
