Watch: Hong Kong crowds queue to see Van Gogh painting unveiled for first time in 60 years

One of Vincent van Gogh’s paintings not seen publicly for more than 60 years has drawn crowds in Hong Kong, where it has been displayed ahead of auction this weekend in New York.

Van Gogh painted Châtaigniers en fleurs (Chestnut Trees in Blossom) in the French village of Auvers-sur-Oise, about two months before he died in 1890.

Sotheby’s estimates the painting will fetch $180m (£136m), which would mark the highest auction price for a Van Gogh artwork.
