Watch: Moment empty building collapses in New York

Surveillance video captured the moment an empty building collapsed, sending debris spilling onto the road and onto parked vehicles. The building, in Mount Vernon, New York, was under construction.

Workers were on break when it gave way. No injuries were reported.
