5 Best players for EA FC 27 Matchday Marksman EVO

The Matchday Marksman EVO is now live in EA FC 27 Ultimate Team, giving you a great opportunity to turn low-rated right-sided attackers into reliable goal threats. Finding a winger who can both create chances and finish clinical shots early in the cycle usually costs a lot of coins on the transfer market. This evolution solves that problem by boosting key attacking attributes, skill moves, and shooting PlayStyles across four structured levels. You only need a handful of games to complete the objectives, provided you pick the right base card before the timer runs out.

Best players for the Matchday Marksman EVO in EA FC 27 Ultimate Team

Your chosen card must have a maximum Overall of 80, a maximum Pace of 88, no more than 7 PlayStyles, and zero PlayStyles+ to qualify for the Matchday Marksman EVO in EA FC 27 Ultimate Team. The card also needs to have RM or RW as an eligible position, and you have two weeks to submit a player before the evolution expires. Because several stat upgrades hit strict rating caps, picking versatile cards with strong existing attributes in uncapped areas will give you the best return on the pitch.

Completing all four stages only takes five Ultimate Team matches in total. After selecting your eligible player, you simply need to play one match for each of the Level 1 to 3 upgrades in Squad Battles on minimum Semi-Pro difficulty, or in Rush, Rivals, Champions, or Live Events with your active EVO player in game. To claim the final Level 4 upgrades, you must win two matches in those same game modes using your active evolution card.

Here are the five best players to put into Matchday Marksman evolution:

1) Xherdan Shaqiri TOTW

Xherdan Shaqiri’s TOTW item is the standout choice for the Matchday Marksman EVO if you want an elite playmaker who can line up almost anywhere in attack or midfield. He already boasts 5-Star Skill Moves, a 4-Star Weak Foot, and the rare advantage of holding ++ proficiency in every single role across CAM, CM, RM, RW, and ST. This evolution patches up his biggest flaw by pushing his Pace from 73 to 79 while lifting his Dribbling to 86 and Passing to 84. With six top-tier attacking PlayStyles already built into his card, he performs well above his 83 Overall rating in EA FC 27.

2) Amaiur Sarriegi

Amaiur Sarriegi is an ideal pick if you want a fast, physical forward who can play across either wing or lead the line as a striker. She enters the evolution with 87 Pace and 81 Physical, meaning the Matchday Marksman EVO focuses entirely on sharpening her end product in the final third. Her Shooting jumps to 81, Passing rises to 81, and Dribbling reaches 85, pairing nicely with her 4-Star Skill Moves and 4-Star Weak Foot. Having Inside Forward+ on both flanks alongside Quick Step and Technical makes her tough for opposing defenders to contain.

3) Amad Diallo

Amad Diallo gains some of the biggest all-around upgrades in this list because his 79-rated base card has plenty of room to grow before hitting the stat caps. Putting him through the Matchday Marksman EVO boosts his Pace to 86, Shooting to 81, Passing to 82, and Dribbling to 85 for Premier League Ultimate Team squads. Better yet, starting with only one base PlayStyle allows him to unlock both Gamechanger and Low Driven Shot alongside his existing Quick Step trait. He also offers unique squad-building flexibility since he holds Attacking Wingback+ at RB in addition to Inside Forward+ on the right wing.

4) Endrick

Endrick is already a fan-favorite attacker in EA FC 27, and this evolution turns his 79-rated card into a far more complete forward. His base item suffers from a low 66 Passing rating, which this upgrade fixes by lifting his Passing by 12 points to a respectable 78. He also reaches 85 Dribbling and 82 Shooting while retaining his explosive 87 Pace and lethal combination of Rapid, Quick Step, and Power Shot. Even with a 2-Star Weak Foot, his Shadow Striker+ and Poacher+ roles make him dangerous through the middle or cutting in from the right.

5) Francisco Conceição

Francisco Conceição enters the Matchday Marksman EVO right at the maximum 88 Pace limit and already carries a slick 86 Dribbling rating on his base card. His main weakness has always been his finishing and final ball, which this evolution directly addresses with a massive +9 Shooting boost to 81 and a +6 Passing upgrade to 82. Because he only starts with the Rapid PlayStyle, he also picks up both Gamechanger and Low Driven Shot to make him much more reliable inside the box. His multiple Role+ options at CAM, RM, and ST let you shift formations in game without losing chemistry or tactical awareness.
