A surprise inspection by the Indonesian Ombudsman at Cibinong Prison in Bogor, West Java, revealed apartment-like units located just outside the main detention blocks. Officials said the residences appeared to house inmates, although prison officials claim they were for staff. The BBC’s Liza Tambunan explains what they found inside.
