Dramatic footage shows the moment a tornado ripped through the city of Marsala and nearby town Petrosino, in Sicily.
The tornado injured two people and caused damage to buildings with the strong winds flipping cars according to local media.
Thunderstorms moved across the island on Friday, and while conditions have eased across Sicily, more are forecast across parts of the central Mediterranean.
