WWE is bringing back a major PLE after six long years. This was not expected and something that the fans will absolutely love.
The event in question is none other than Tables, Ladders and Chairs (TLC). The iconic event last took place in WWE in the year 2020 at Tropicana Field in Florida. The main event of the PLE was Randy Orton taking on the Fiend in a Firefly Inferno match. Since then, the promotion did not have any TLC events.
Thanks for the submission!
However, all that is about to change and the best part is that this upcoming TLC event will take place within the world of NXT. The announcement was made on the company’s X page and it will take place on December 12th. They were excited to make the announcement and wrote:
“TLC NXT. For the first time in history, the TLC PLE comes to NXT!”
Given the top stars in NXT, it will be great to see some of them fully embrace their inner daredevil when taking part in the classic Tables, Ladders and Chairs match.
Major changes are due in WWE NXT
WWE NXT is set to undergo a massive change in terms of leadership. Shawn Michaels currently runs things at NXT and he is set to replace Bruce Prichard on the main roster. With his place due to be vacant, a former name is set to take his place and that is none other than AJ Styles.
“As of right now, it looks like Shawn Michaels replacing Bruce Prichard and AJ Styles getting his NXT role is the most likely scenario. It is believed there will be other NXT office changes in 2027 as well. Depending on what she wants to do with her career, Bayley could very well end up involved. Punk may also have more input. It is also believed the ID program will get “a fresh coat of paint” in early 2027 as well,” Bryan Alvarez said.
With names like CM Punk and Bayley also set to accompany AJ Styles, fans can expect some fireworks.
