How to redeem codes in Genshin Impact
All redeem codes in Genshin Impact 7.2 can be claimed in one of two ways:
1) In-game
Here’s how you can directly redeem the codes in-game:
- Open the Paimon Menu and click the gear icon to open the Settings tab.
- Go to the Account section, and click on “Redeem Now”.
- Type or paste the code and click Exchange.
Clear the box and repeat the step for each code, then collect everything from the mailbox.
2) On the official website
Here’s how you can claim the codes on HoYoverse’s official website:
- Open the official HoYoverse redemption page.
- Log in with your account credentials.
- Select your server and character, then paste the code in the Redemption Code field.
- Click Redeem and repeat for the remaining codes.
If you have a lot of codes to claim, using the website would be beneficial, as you can save a lot of time this way. Since the website lets you paste each code without reopening a dialog box, you can quickly redeem a bunch of codes in one go.
If you cannot redeem a code, make sure to check the spelling, confirm you have not already claimed it, and make sure it matches your server.
