Genshin Impact Danica kit leaks: Skill, burst, passives, and constellations

With the start of the Genshin Impact 7.3 beta, leaks regarding the new characters releasing in the upcoming patch have already started surfacing. One such leak has disclosed information regarding 5-star character Danica’s kit, including her Elemental Skill, Elemental Burst, passive effects, and constellations.

As per these leaks, Danica is a very versatile unit who can perform multiple roles in a team, including that of a Stellar-Conduct sub DPS, a teamwide buffer, and a sustain unit.

This article takes a look at Danica’s leaked kit in Genshin Impact, as hinted at via leaks.

Genshin Impact Danica kit leaks

Leaker Seele (a very prominent name in the Genshin Impact leaks community) has shared information about Danica’s kit for her release in Genshin Impact 7.3. Here are the details about her kit, as per these leaks:

Normal Attack

Performs up to four consecutive slashes using her Claymore.

Charged Attack

Consumes stamina to perform rapid consecutive slashes using her Claymore. At the end of the attack string, performs a powerful slashing move.

Plunging Attack

Plunges and strikes the ground, dealing AoE damage.

Elemental Skill

Danica summons an Anchor to the field, dealing AoE Electro DMG to opponents. The Anchor follows the active character around, and assists in combat in different ways, depending on whether Danica is on the field, or off-field.

On-field role:

When Danica is the active on-field character, her Normal Attacks are converted into special attacks that deal Electro DMG, and cannot be overridden by other elemental infusions.

Off-field role:

When Danica is off-field, the Anchor performs coordinated attacks with the on-field character. Whenever the active character deals Cryo or Electro DMG, the Anchor unleashes an AoE Electro coordinated strike at the opponents’ location. This effect can be triggered once every 1.5 seconds.

Excitement stacks mechanism

While Danica’s Anchor is deployed, Danica gathers “Excitement”, up to a maximum of 100 stacks. She can gain Excitement in the following ways:

• Off-field Electro and Cryo hits by active teammates grant 50 Excitement stacks.
• When Danica is on-field and her Anchor hits opponents, she gains one stack per Normal Attack hit.

Special Elemental Skill

Once Danica’s Excitement stacks reach 100, her Elemental Skill transforms into a specialized variant based on her current role.

On-field

If Danica is on the field when she reaches maximum Excitement stacks, her Elemental Skill is replaced by “On-field Skill E2”. After using this special skill, Danica uses her Anchor to deal massive AoE Electro DMG, which is considered as a Stellar-Conduct reaction.

Following this, she enters the “Combat Maid Form”, wherein she can do the following:

• With every use of “On-field Skill E2”, the next sequence of her special Anchor attacks will skip one Normal Attack hit. Up to three Normal Attack hits can be skipped in this manner, letting her directly perform the final big combo finisher.
• She can use her “On-field Skill E2” up to a total of five times before the stance ends.

Off-field

If Danica is off-field when she reaches maximum Excitement stacks and is then switched back as the active character, her Elemental Skill is replaced by “Entry Skill E2”, and is automatically triggered. Similar to the off-field role, Danica uses her Anchor to deal massive AoE Electro DMG, which is considered as a Stellar-Conduct reaction.

Following this, she enters the “Guardian Maid Form”, wherein she can do the following:

• The Anchor’s duration is refreshed.
• A Shield is created for the active character, which has 250% Electro DMG absorption, and scales off Danica’s ATK.

Elemental Burst

Danica performs five attacks that deal AoE Electro DMG, with the first and fifth attacks dealing additional Electro DMG. These attacks are also considered as Stellar-Conduct reaction DMG.

Additionally, if Danica enters any of her Maid Forms after using her Elemental Burst, the Maid Forms are enhanced in the following ways:

• When in Guardian Maid Form, the ATK of all party members is increased.
• When in Combat Maid Form, she immediately gains maximum Excitement stacks, and the damage dealt by her “On-field Skill E2” is increased.

Passive talents

The following are Danica’s passive talents, as per leaks:

Passive #1

Opponents near the Anchor have their Electro RES decreased by 15%. If Stellar-Conduct reactions are triggered, the Electro RES of opponents near the Anchor is decreased by an extra 15%, and their Cryo RES is also decreased by 30%.

Passive #2

Triggering her “Entry Skill E2” (Guardian Maid Form) increases Danica’s personal ATK by 20%. Activating her “On-field Skill E2” (Combat Maid Form) increases her Attack Speed by 20%, and grants an additional 25 Excitement per Anchor hit. Both these effects can stack up to 3 times.

Passive #3

When Danica is present in a party, Superconduct reactions are converted into Stellar-Conduct reactions. For every 100 ATK Danica possesses, the base DMG of Stellar-Conduct triggered by party members increases by 0.7% (capping at a 14% maximum damage increase).

Passive #4

When party members are affected by Subzero Climate effects, their movement speed is increased by 10%, and Stamina consumption is decreased by 10%.

Constellations

• C1: After Danica uses her “Entry Skill E2” or “On-field Skill E2”, she restores 20 Elemental Energy for herself. Additionally, the Guardian Maid buff provided by her Elemental Burst is increased by 80%, while the Combat Maid buff provided by her Elemental Burst is increased by 120%.
• C2: When the Anchor is active, grants 7 “Toast” stacks to teammates. When party members deal Stellar-Conduct DMG, one stack of Toast is consumed to increase the damage dealt by the attack (up to 100% of Danica’s ATK). When Danica herself deals Stellar-Conduct DMG while in Combat Maid Form, she consumes all “Toast” stacks to increase her damage dealt by up to 150% of her ATK.
• C4: When a character protected by Danica’s shield deals Stellar-Conduct DMG, 3 Energy is restored to other party members. This effect can be triggered once every 3.5 seconds.
• C6: While the Anchor is active on the field, Stellar-Conduct DMG dealt by all nearby party members is elevated by an additional 20%.
