YouTuber and Kick streamer JiDion captured controversial internet personality Bryant “EDP445’s” arrest, stating that “he’s facing four felony counts.” For those unaware, on November 4, 2026, the Kern County District Attorney’s Office announced on Facebook that EDP445 had been arrested in the Las Vegas, Nevada, area after criminal charges were filed against him.
According to the Kern County District Attorney’s Office, the charges were filed against the YouTuber following an “extensive investigation” into the statements that Bryant made in Mike Clum’s YouTube documentary: The Sick Mind of EDP445.
On the same day (November 4, 2026), JiDion shared a one-minute-six-second video on X, showing EDP445’s arrest in Nevada. While crediting Alex Rosen for the evidence that the authorities used, JiDion said:
“Y’all, we are in Henderson, Nevada, right here. EDP’s finally arrested, y’all. The watch is over. He’s facing four felony counts; he’s about to be extradited back to California. Man, this wasn’t because of me, y’all. Huge shout-out to Alex – his evidence was the one that put it away. But in a weird chain of events, where we first caught him at the dialysis center is where he is getting arrested, man. We called the cops. We let them know exactly where he was, what he was wearing, and everything. And they came here, and they showed out, and they’re doing their thing.”
Furthermore, JiDion stated that EDP445 had been “triple handcuffed” by the police officers.
What are the charges against EDP445?
In the Facebook post that the Kern County District Attorney’s Office shared on November 4, 2026, they mentioned that EDP445 had been charged with four felony counts.
These included:
- Attempt to Commit Lewd Acts Upon a Child (felony)
- Meeting Minor for Lewd Purposes (felony)
- Contact Minor with Intent to Commit Sexual Offense (felony)
- Distributing or Showing P***ography to a Minor (felony)
The Kern County District Attorney’s Office provided context for the felony charges against Bryant, writing:
“The charges stem from an alleged incident involving a child under 14 years old that occurred on April 17, 2021. When the Kern County District Attorney’s Office initially reviewed the incident in 2021 and 2022, there were significant challenges in pursuing prosecution, particularly due to the lack of cooperation from the reporting parties.”
EDP445 has not issued a statement regarding his situation as of this writing.
