The Legendary Phantom Ship in Crimson Desert is associated with a special encounter in the Sea of Silence. You must first unlock naval exploration and obtain a ship before trying to find it.
The expansion also brings a separate legendary ship blueprint collection that requires exploring islands and underwater locations. So how do you get this coveted ship in Crimson Desert? Here is what you need to know about obtaining the blueprints and unlocking ship construction.
How to obtain the Legendary Phantom Ship blueprint in Crimson Desert
The Phantom Ship encounter is associated with the Sea of Silence, located in the eastern ocean. Defeating it rewards you with a unique treasure map. Here’s what you can do to get the ship:
- Travel to the Sea of Silence using a ship prepared for naval combat.
- Locate and defeat the special Phantom Ship.
- Collect the treasure map obtained after the encounter.
- Follow the map to Iliya Island.
- Search the marked location for the Phantom Ship blueprint.
- Return to the shipbuilding interface and you will be able to craft it.
Once the blueprint is obtained, check the construction menu at Port Delesyia for the required materials and mission availability. If you have the materials needed to build the ship, you will be able to craft it. There’s another Legendary Ship blueprint that you can find. Here’s a guide to get that.
How to find the Legendary Ship blueprints in Crimson Desert
There are four locations containing pieces of the legendary ship blueprint. These are the locations you need to visit and explore to find the pieces. These locations are:
- Samora Island
- Great Reef
- Estra Island
- Bravgork Shipyard
The first thing you need to do is travel to Samora Island and make your way toward the highest point. Look for a book containing information about the legendary ship.
Samora Island is a location in the expansion. It features a pirate-controlled settlement and ruins that you can explore through the Remote Islands faction questline.
Another blueprint is reportedly located inside an underwater shipwreck near the whirlpools in the Great Reef. Search the wreckage carefully when exploring this location.
The third blueprint is reportedly located on Estra Island. You should search the beach for a tent beside several cannonballs. The blueprint can be found inside the tent.
The final blueprint is hidden inside a pirate ship under construction at Bravgork Shipyard. Find the unfinished vessel on land and search its interior for the document.
