Crimson Desert’s Charting the Unknown DLC has added a marriage feature alongside romance for Kliff and other playable characters. You can basically flirt with an NPC to increase your Trust Level beyond what was previously possible and tie the knot when they are comfortable. The game does not really guide you enough on building relationships.
Hence, this guide briefly explains the romance system and explores how you can get married in Crimson Desert.
A complete guide to get married in Crimson Desert
As specified, you can get married to specific NPCs in Crimson Desert’s Charting the Unknown DLC, as long as you put in some effort. The game now features a new Trust Level that basically leads up to the relationship. You will want to first find a suitable partner and romance them.
Exploring the romance system
Just walk up to an NPC of your choice and interact to open the interaction menu. It will show if the character is suitable for romance in Crimson Desert. You must first build Trust until they are comfortable. Increasing the Trust rating will allow you to romance them, leading to marriage.
You can do so by greeting the NPC, offering them gifts, and most importantly completing the associated quests if there is any left. When you successfully romance a character, an additional meter will appear beside them.
How to get married

You must continue to chat, offer gifts, and flirt to increase the additional Trust level. The game will allow you to propose once the meter reaches level 100. NPCs usually accept the proposal unless there is a special condition to fulfill. In case there is one, it will likely be mentioned.
Marriage in Crimson Desert is a social event, requiring you to prepare and participate in a ritual. Be sure to groom your character at the Barber Shops before showing up for the special day. Once you marry someone, an icon of your wife will appear on the map, showing the location of your partner.
You can embark on an open-world adventure with your wife. She will occasionally bring gifts for you. Kliff, Oongka, and Damiane can all have a wife in the game.
However, you must stay loyal to them, as flirting with another NPC will decrease the Trust level for the other playable characters. You can also divorce your partner if you no longer wish to continue the relationship.
