Liv Morgan is a three-time Women’s World Champion and is already quite active in her recent third reign. Morgan has defended her title on live shows and recently on RAW against Becky Lynch. However, she faced a threat not just from the aforementioned challenger but also from the current Money in the Bank holder. Liv extricated herself from a nearly lost situation, prompting a warning from the MITB holder.
As RAW ended, Tiffany Stratton stared at The Judgment Day as they walked off the ramp. Stratton looked annoyed after missing yet another perfect opportunity to cash in and become the Women’s World Champion. A clip posted by WWE on their socials shows Tiffany saying she was way too close to winning Liv’s title and that next she will take out Dominik Mysterio too.
Thanks for the submission!
“This close, Liv. Next time, bring Dom… I’ll take both of you,” said Tiffany Stratton.
The situation unfolded like every match involving a Judgment Day member: the stablemates helped Liv Morgan defend her Women’s World Championship against Lynch. However, their interference ended the bout in a disqualification when they took out Becky as she was about to win. After the match, Chelsea Green and Iyo Sky came to Lynch’s rescue, taking out both Roxanne Perez and Raquel Rodriguez.
Meanwhile, the real threat ran in: Tiffany Stratton, with her Money in the Bank contract, landed a Prettiest Moonsault Ever on Morgan. The path was clear for her to cash in on Liv and win the Women’s World title, but Dominik Mysterio pulled Liv out and saved her from being cashed in and losing the title.
Liv Morgan was saved by Judgment Day on SmackDown from being cashed in by Tiffany Stratton
On the recent SmackDown episode, Roxanne Perez challenged Chelsea Green for the WWE Women’s Championship. After Chelsea won, Liv Morgan attacked from behind, and Raquel Rodriguez joined her. Iyo Sky, already at ringside, helped Chelsea out. However, Tiffany Stratton returned after weeks of being unseen since winning the Money in the Bank contract.
The numbers game then evened out, and Judgment Day was in a bad spot. Stratton saw an opportunity to win the Women’s World Championship by cashing in at that moment. However, Raquel and Roxanne pulled her out and walked away.
