Leeds United have no plans to part ways with Manchester United target Dominic Calvert-Lewin during the winter transfer window.

The Red Devils are in the market for a new striker this winter, having seen Benjamin Sesko pick up a long-term shin concern.

The Slovenian could potentially be sidelined until January. He may not achieve full fitness until February or even March.

Hence, United are determined to land a Premier League striker to provide cover, and Calvert-Lewin has emerged as a top target.

The Englishman has been brilliant for Leeds upfront and has already scored 20 goals in all competitions since his move last year.

Leeds value his services greatly and are unlikely to entertain the prospect of selling to a fierce league rival, particularly in January.

His current deal expires in June 2028 and Leeds could keep him until the summer and sell if he declines a new long-term deal.

The Whites are prepared to hand him a new contract with a hike.
