Chelsea Green is set to face Liv Morgan in a Champion versus Champion match for the WWE Women’s Crown Jewel Championship. The match will take place tomorrow night at the Crown Jewel Premium Live Event. On this week’s episode of Friday Night SmackDown, Green was invited to the ring by Nick Aldis, and he had an emotional message for the Women’s Champion.
Nick Aldis invited Chelsea Green to the ring, and as she got in, the SmackDown GM reflected on his relationship with the WWE Women’s Champion. He said he is proud of how Green has grown into a top talent in the business, and he’s proud she’s representing SmackDown and its Women’s Division at the Crown Jewel PLE. After hearing the kind words from Aldis, Green almost broke down in tears. She then went on to say that she has a lot of self-doubt, and last week, when Liv Morgan called her a placeholder champion, she took it personally. Aldis assured that she does not need to listen to Morgan but rather listen to the WWE Universe, who cheer her on every week.

Right at that moment, Liv Morgan came out and mocked Chelsea Green for getting emotional. She then promised that on Saturday night at the Crown Jewel PLE she would defeat Green and become the first-ever two-time WWE Women’s Crown Jewel Champion.
