Paul Heyman details terrifying phone call with daughter following her car accident

Paul Heyman recently detailed a terrifying phone call that occurred after his daughter was involved in a car accident.

Paul Heyman has two kids, Azalea Heyman and Jacob Heyman. His daughter was born in 2002, while Jacob was born two years later. Neither child is currently associated with pro wrestling in any capacity.

Speaking to Graham Bensinger, Heyman recalled his daughter calling to say she’d been in an accident after leaving home to grab something to eat.

“My daughter, during COVID, my daughter took her car. She ran out to get something to eat. She calls me. She just left the house 10 minutes earlier. She says, ‘Dad, I’ve been in a bad car accident.’ Everybody’s first inclination is to say, ‘What happened?’ My first question was, ‘Are you okay?’ ‘Yes.’ ‘Are you absolutely okay?’ ‘Yes.’ ‘Where are you?’ ‘Here’s where I am.’ ‘On my way.’”

The WWE veteran added that he rushed to the scene with his son, where a sergeant told him that it was not his daughter’s fault and that the other person was using his phone while driving:

“And finally, a sergeant came up to me and said, ‘Hey, the kid, he was on the phone, and he smashed your daughter, and the car’s totaled.’ And I saw the car, and it looked like, ‘Oh my God, she got out of there alive, let alone thank God nothing happened to her.’ Because when she got a car, that was my only insistence: five-star crash protection.”

WWE planning a new direction for Paul Heyman – Report

Paul Heyman has been associated with The Vision since aligning with Seth Rollins at WrestleMania 41. However, The Wiseman isn’t as involved with the group as before and has mainly been an advisor to Bron Breakker in the last few months.

It was recently reported that WWE is planning a fresh direction for Paul Heyman, and he could soon return to TV programming. As per the report, Heyman would be involved in something outside The Vision while maintaining ties to the group, specifically Bron Breakker.
