Let’s get started:

Thanks for the submission!

#5. Unfortunate news for WWE Hall of Famer Nikki Bella

After SummerSlam in Minnesota, Nikki Bella started a feud with Paige on the blue brand. However, the storyline was cut short as Brie got injured, and The Fearless One shifted her focus towards a singles run in the Stamford-based promotion. The WWE Hall of Famer started a storyline with Chelsea Green.

While she wasn’t done with Paige, Bella got a title shot against the WWE Women’s Champion. On the most recent Friday Night SmackDown, Chelsea Green successfully defended her title against Nikki Bella ahead of Crown Jewel, where Green faces Liv Morgan.

It’s unfortunate news for Nikki Bella, as this could be her last title shot at a major singles championship. The Fearless One has said she wants to retire by next year and have a final run with Brie Bella. It’ll be interesting to see what’s next for The Bella Twins once Brie returns.

#4. Major WWE stipulation added to CM Punk vs. Kevin Owens

After SummerSlam in Minnesota, CM Punk started a feud with Kevin Owens. In a title match against Sami Zayn, Owens hit Punk with a title, allowing Zayn to become the new champion. The Second City Saint and The Prizefighter have been feuding for a while, and Nick Aldis booked them in a singles match.

However, the match won’t take place at Crown Jewel, but it will have a stipulation. The feud between the two stars is quite personal, and management changed the singles match to a No Holds Barred match for next week’s SmackDown in Brooklyn before Crown Jewel.

While this match could’ve been on the card, a report claimed Kevin Owens refused to travel to Saudi Arabia, and there’s uncertainty around the event. It’ll be interesting to see which star leaves Brooklyn with a win next week on Friday Night SmackDown.

#3. Scrapped plans for WWE Crown Jewel 2026 – Report

WWE Crown Jewel is a week away, and there’s one spot left on the card. However, there’s uncertainty around the match based on recent reports. According to the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Finn Balor vs. Gunther was originally planned for the card.

However, the match was leaked a while back, and there’s no certainty whether the match will now take place at the event. Meanwhile, the same report claimed Oba Femi was scheduled to compete. Femi was set to compete alongside Penta and Je’Von Evans to face The Vision.

While The Ruler won’t compete, Penta and Je’Von Evans will face Bron Breakker and Austin Theory in a tag team match for the World Tag Team Championship. It looks like Oba Femi will eventually team up with the babyface duo, but not at the event in Saudi Arabia.

#2. Tiffany Stratton failed on WWE SmackDown

Earlier this month, Tiffany Stratton made history as the first-ever two-time Money in the Bank Ladder match winner. The Buff Barbie has her eyes on Liv Morgan’s Women’s World Championship, but The Judgment Day has been making sure it doesn’t happen.

On the recent edition, Liv Morgan confronted Chelsea Green following Green’s title defense against Nikki Bella. Later, Tiffany Stratton appeared and hit the Prettiest Moonsault Ever on the Women’s World Champion. Before she could cash in her contract, Raquel Rodriguez and Roxanne Perez saved Morgan.

#1. Kelani Jordan on getting kicked out of the WWE locker room

In 2022, WWE signed Kelani Jordan, and Jordan has become one of the most decorated women’s wrestlers on the developmental brand. From becoming the inaugural NXT Women’s North American Champion to ruling the brand as the NXT Women’s Champion, Lani has done it all.

However, the locker room wasn’t happy when she won the TNA Knockouts World Championship and represented the brand. Speaking on The Wrestling Classic, the 28-year-old star revealed she was kicked out of the locker room and treated differently, in kayfabe, for representing TNA Wrestling as its top champion.

The storyline ran last year, and Jordan represented the Knockouts division. She’s set to defend her NXT Women’s Championship against Wren Sinclair at Halloween Havoc.
