A massive grudge bout headlined the November 6 taping of WWE SmackDown. CM Punk and Kevin Owens have been feuding since August. Owens cost Punk the Undisputed WWE Championship. The Second City Saint returned the favor by costing KO a potential title victory.
Thanks for the submission!
Tonight, the longtime rivals locked horns in a No Holds Barred Match to settle their deeply personal feud once and for all. As expected, the duo engaged in a hard-hitting showdown on SmackDown. They brawled all over the arena, aiming to gain an upper hand. At one point, KO even used a trash can to target the former World Heavyweight Champion’s head.
Punk hit a Flying Elbow on Kevin Owens. However, The Prizefighter refused to give up. The Best in the World later put Owens through the commentary table. Despite suffering significant damage, KO ended up defeating the veteran in an instant classic.
The Second City Saint delivered a GTS to Owens and seemed set to win. However, KO recovered in time and hit Punk with a steel chain to reign supreme via pinfall.
