A major AEW star recently issued a bold statement to the All Elite Wrestling management. It was regarding the recent developments in his storyline on Dynamite.
The star is none other than Austin Gunn. He is the son of WWE Hall of Famer Billy Gunn. Austin’s faction, The Cut and Death Riders, has been at loggerheads for the past week. This week on Fright Night Dynamite, Gunn was involved in a hilarious spot with Claudio Castagnoli during the brawl. Castagnoli threw a trash can at the Hall of Famer’s son, only for it to ricochet right back at him.
Fans have been trolling Austin Gunn for this hilarious moment since the end of Dynamite. All Elite Wrestling shared a slow-motion video of the spot on its X handle. Gunn responded to the post with a major threat. He asked the management to take down such videos; otherwise, he will quit the company.
“now in SLOWMO?! take this down or I will quit @AEW,” wrote Gunn.
Austin Gunn puts a serious demand to AEW management
Austin Gunn has been agitated since the events of AEW Dynamite this week. He has been venting his frustration for the past day on social media, and fans are even making fun of him for it. Recently, the Hall of Famer’s son made a serious demand of AEW management.
Taking to X, the 32-year-old star asked the security staff in All Elite Wrestling to ban trash cans from the venues. He even mentioned Tony Khan to make sure his demands are heard. Not only that, Gunn even asked management to prohibit fans from recording anything during the show.
With that said, it will be interesting to see how things will unfold for Austin Gunn from here on. He is playing a pivotal role in The Cut lately, and he is expected to continue to do so as well. Death Riders have issued a challenge to face The Cut in an Anarchy in the Arena match at Full Gear. Only time will tell if Jay White and his crew will accept this in the coming week.
