Let us go over the solutions to the final set of Scout clues during Week 11 of The Division 2 Y8S3 Red Horizon. Strategic Homeland Division (SHD) Agents must complete the following tasks to obtain various rewards.
1) Complete Black Tusk activities
For the first objective in The Division 2 Y8S3 Red Horizon Week 11 Manhunt, you must complete any three open-world activities affiliated with the Black Tusk hostile faction.
Here is a list of activities you can engage in:
- Control Point
- Hostage Rescue
- Public Execution
- Propaganda Broadcast
- Resource Convoy
- Supply Drop
Do note that only the Control Point activity awards twice the progression in this challenge. This means that you can combine this with any other open-world activity to reach the required progress threshold quicker.
2) Complete an Invaded Mission
For the second objective in The Division 2 Y8S3 Red Horizon Week 11 Manhunt, SHD Agents must complete one Invaded Mission. These are a separate version of main missions where Black Tusk are the primary hostile forces.
Start an Invaded mission of your choice and proceed through the objectives and areas as you would in the normal variant of the main mission. Take out all Black Tusk forces to complete this task.
3) Bounty: Eagle Eye
For the final challenge in The Division 2 Y8S3 Red Horizon Week 11 Manhunt, SHD Agents must complete the Eagle Eye bounty located in the West End district.
This is a Hard difficulty bounty, so expect elite or purple-health bar enemies primarily. Upon reaching the area, you will have to fight three waves of hostiles before the HVT shows up. Take them down before they bombard you with drones and complete the final scout mission of the season.
