WWE has made a blockbuster announcement on John Cena and there is an AEW twist to it. This will no doubt add a lot of spice to the already existing rivalry between the two companies.
It was announced earlier that the leader of the Cenation will be appearing on the November 2nd episode of Monday Night RAW. That brought out the fans in hordes as they were eager to see their favorite star coming back home. That is not the only good news for Cena’s fans.
Thanks for the submission!
WWE has also announced that John Cena will be showing up on NXT as well, which will take place on Wednesday, November 4th. The show will go head to head with AEW Blood & Guts. NXT usually takes place on Tuesdays, but with the upcoming Midterm elections taking place on the same day, they have decided to shift the day to Wednesday for next week.
Also appearing on the show will be Cody Rhodes, as he will be handing over the Dusty Classic trophy to the winners.
John Cena reveals why he does not want to come back to wrestling
John Cena last wrestled in December 2025 and has since stayed away from in ring competition. With that, he marked off what was a remarkable career that spanned over two decades.
During a recent interview with Today’s Making Space, John Cena revealed why he has decided to stay retired. He said:
“I have love and partnership in my life, and that’s like, that’s the bull’s-eye. So, hey, is taking all this time and putting it away from the bull’s-eye really walking the talk about saying I want to try to be a good husband and a good partner? Not really. Physically, am I being fair to my partner by, hey, I’m gonna put my health at risk so people, when I’m 52, can cheer as they might bring me out on a stretcher, but then I put an unnecessary burden on you if I make it to 80? You know what I’m saying? So I guess my priorities shifted.”
It will be great to see the leader of the Cenation show up on RAW and NXT next week.
