Roman Reigns is the reigning WWE World Heavyweight Champion on RAW. The Original Tribal Chief defeated CM Punk in the main event of WrestleMania 42 Night 2 to win the gold.
Since then, Reigns has defeated multiple opponents, including Jacob Fatu, Seth Rollins, and more. This time around, the Head of the Table has successfully defended his title on his own, without the help of bloodline-roman-reigns” target=”_blank” rel=”noopener noreferrer” data-is-sponsored=”false”>Bloodline members.

Although fans are enjoying this run, several major stars have been negatively affected by Roman’s World Heavyweight Championship reign. In this article, we will discuss four such names.
#4. LA Knight
Roman Reigns defeated LA Knight at Money in the Bank to retain the World Heavyweight Title. Many fans were hoping for The Megastar to become champion, but Knight’s dreams were shattered.
During this feud, the former US Champion mentioned that this could be his final opportunity to win a World Championship. Reigns defeating Knight despite these circumstances suggests that he has been negatively impacted by The Bloodline leader’s title reign.
It’s likely that if someone else were champion instead of Roman, Knight might have dethroned them to win the gold. However, with WWE prioritizing the OTC, Knight suffered a loss that could also negatively affect his momentum.
#3. Solo Sikoa
When Solo Sikoa turned babyface, the WWE Universe instantly started seeing him as a major talent. The former MFT leader has the charisma to attract fans as a babyface and easily pull numbers with his segments.
Solo also had multiple viral moments that were eventually turned into sensational memes online. Meanwhile, WWE has reunited him with The Bloodline, with Reigns’ group engaged in a war with 946.
Had Solo continued feuding with The Bloodline, it could have led to a match between him and Roman for the World Heavyweight Title. As it doesn’t look as if the Stamford-based promotion has plans to end Reigns’ title reign soon, this has negatively affected Sikoa’s singles push on the red brand.
#2. Jacob Fatu
Jacob Fatu has been stuck in The Bloodline saga. The Samoan Werewolf competed against Roman Reigns after WrestleMania but failed to dethrone him as champion.
Fatu lost to the OTC twice, suggesting that Triple H doesn’t want Jacob to take the title off Reigns. Fatu was also forced to rejoin The Bloodline. Now, he is only part of The Bloodline saga and doesn’t have an individual storyline.
Roman defeating the Samoan Werewolf and continuing his World Title reign has become a major reason for Jacob’s lack of momentum as a singles star. So, this proves how the Head of the Table’s reign has negatively affected him.
#1. WWE’s Ruler Oba Femi
Oba Femi has issued a challenge to Roman Reigns multiple times, and WWE has dropped enough hints about this dream showdown. Despite this, The Ruler hasn’t received a title shot yet, but reports have revealed that the match may take place at WrestleMania 43.
Roman’s title reign is negatively affecting The Ruler, as WWE appears to be intentionally delaying Femi’s insertion into the World Title picture because the creative regime doesn’t want Reigns to lose the championship yet. Continuously postponing this bout could also lead to fans losing interest in the potential showdown.
