On Wednesday, Michael Strahan’s twin daughters, Isabella and Sophia, celebrated their 22nd birthday. Isabella Strahan celebrated with her twin sister in a series of posts on her Instagram Story.
In one photo, Isabella and Sophia enjoyed a day out at the beach and posed for a photo while standing by the shoreline wearing printed two-piece bikinis. In the caption, she expressed her love for her sister and the excitement that they get to share their birthday together.

She then added another photo alongside her twin sister while sitting courtside at the Los Angeles Lakers’ game. The Lakers came out with the commanding 103-87 win over the Los Angeles Clippers on Wednesday night.
In a since expired photo on her Instagram Story, Isabella Strahan also shared a photo of her and Sophia when they were much younger.
In October 2023, Isabella Strahan was diagnosed with a brain tumor which led to multiple surgeries and then months of radiation and chemotherapy. In June 2024, she revealed that she was officially cancer-free.

Michael Strahan celebrated twin daughters’ 22nd birthday
On Wednesday, Michael Strahan marked his daughters, Isabella and Sophia’s, 22nd birthday. He did so with a birthday tribute post on Instagram, sharing a series of photos of them throughout their childhood and into recent years.
“Happy 22nd birthday @isabellastrahan and @sophialstrahan! Love you both more than you know. So proud to be your dad ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️,” Michael Strahan wrote.
The former New York Giants defensive end welcomed Isabella and Sophia with his ex-wife, Jean Muggli, in 2004.
