Trick Williams has an opportunity to become a double champion on the October 30 episode of SmackDown. He is set to challenge Sami Zayn for the Undisputed WWE Championship. The United States Champion and the Undisputed WWE Champion have shared several heated confrontations lately.
On the October 16 episode of SmackDown, Williams defeated Zayn’s ally, Johnny Gargano, in a singles match. Last week, Williams, Penta, and Rey Fenix defeated Zayn, Gargano, and Ricky Saints in a six-man tag team match.

Williams will now challenge Zayn for the Undisputed WWE Title on the upcoming edition of SmackDown. The Canadian star has the experience advantage over the US Champion and will go into the bout as the favorite, but what if Trick pulls off an upset? After all, Williams won their feud earlier this year.
Here are three things that could happen if Trick Williams dethrones Sami Zayn as Undisputed WWE Champion on SmackDown.
#3. Trick Williams gets the biggest opportunity of his career to prove himself at Crown Jewel
If Trick Williams becomes the Undisputed WWE Champion on SmackDown, he would effectively replace Sami Zayn in the Champion vs. Champion match against Roman Reigns at Crown Jewel.
Williams is relatively new to the main roster, and he is still establishing himself. While he has found success in the midcard division, Mr. Whoop That hasn’t reached main-event status.
If Trick becomes the Undisputed WWE Champion and goes on to lock horns with the OTC at Crown Jewel, it would be the biggest opportunity of his career to date to prove that he belongs at the top of the card.
#2. Sami Zayn goes crazy and demands a rematch
Sami Zayn’s second reign as the Undisputed WWE Champion has been built around his ability to thrive in chaos. He has taken pride in surviving difficult situations throughout his career and still coming out on top. If Zayn abruptly loses the title to Trick Williams on SmackDown, it is unlikely that he will accept the defeat gracefully.
Zayn could demand a rematch the following week on SmackDown, but it is up to Nick Aldis whether he grants Sami’s wish.

If Sami Zayn abruptly loses the Undisputed WWE Championship to Trick Williams and fails to secure a rematch before Crown Jewel, he could have a meltdown and take his frustrations out on Trick in Riyadh.
Williams could be in the middle of the biggest match of his career thus far, and Zayn could come out to ruin it. The Last Real Good Guy could cost Trick a potential win over the OTC.
Zayn could provide a momentary distraction at a crucial moment in the match, which could be enough for Trick to make a mistake. A competitor of Reigns’ caliber would not miss an opportunity to secure the win, and the former NXT Champion’s night could end in heartbreak.
