The Hollow is a platform-wide event on Roblox that is offering you the opportunity to participate in different experiences to unlock exclusive UGC items and Badges by completing various quests. Every day, the quests will be released inside several major and featured titles through which you can progress to win these items and Badges. Each UGC item can be claimed once per player, while the unlocked Badges can be redeemed to claim Tickets, the event currency.

By interacting with the NPC at the ticket counter found inside the theater, you can participate in several other games to complete quests and earn limited-time Badges. How to spend Tickets in Roblox: The Hollow
By completing each quest in the games participating in The Hollow event, you will earn Badges. Upon returning to the event title, you can redeem them to earn Tickets. However, by interacting with the shop NPC at the Ticket Counter, you can purchase the following UGC items:

How do you get UGC items?
You can get exclusive UGC items by completing quests in participating Roblox experiences. Once you complete a quest, you can earn a Badge and claim the associated UGC item, provided you haven’t claimed it before.
How do you earn Tickets?
You can earn Tickets by completing objectives in featured games and obtaining their event Badges. Return to the title and redeem the unlocked Badges to receive Tickets, which you can use to purchase additional UGC items from the Ticket Counter.
Can you claim the same UGC item multiple times?
No, each UGC item can be claimed only once per player during the event. You can complete other quests to unlock additional rewards and earn Badges.
