Major plans are in place for Danhausen and the star is set to get a huge push in WWE if recent reports are to be believed. This will be an exciting time for him and his fans.
The former AEW star is one of the most talked about stars in the company and also in the wrestling world. He gained worldwide fame after he ‘uncursed’ the New York Knicks and they went on to win their first NBA title in 53 years. He has since become a mainstream figure in sports entertainment and it seems like WWE is set to take advantage of that.
Thanks for the submission!
With the festive season coming up, Fightful Select now has an update with regards to the former AEW star’s future. With how successful the enigmatic star has been during the Halloween season, a source has informed Wrestlevotes that Danhausen will be pushed as Santahausen in the coming months.
The report also states merchandise with Christmas themes are being prepared to be released for the fans ahead of the holiday season.
Danhausen to be Finn Balor’s Paul Heyman according to Mark Henry
Last week, Finn Balor came out as the Demon to take out Gunther as he attacked the face painted star. WWE Hall of Famer Mark Henry has suggested that the former AEW star can be an advocate like Paul Heyman to Balor.
Speaking on a recent episode of the Busted Open After Dark podcast, he said:
“If Danhausen is going to be a part of this, then he can be the Paul Heyman for The Demon. The Demon will appear. The Demon doesn’t have to cut promos. ‘Listen, Danhausen, please, when are we going to be able to speak to The Demon?’ ‘The Demon doesn’t want to talk to you. The Demon talks to me, and then I tell you what The Demon says.’”
That would be a great thing given that Balor as the Demon does not usually speak. Given the Very Nice Very Evil star’s eccentric behavior, it will be interesting to see how he will be like an advocate to Finn Balor.
