Mark Shapiro says risk ahead of WWE Crown Jewel is minimal
On the same call, Mark Shapiro was also asked about Crown Jewel being held in Saudi Arabia and the current security situation in the region. He assured that the risk is extremely minimal and that there is nothing to worry about.
“Look, I would tell you that the risk is extremely minimal. I think we’ve endured the tough climb thus far this year, right? We’ve had no events interrupted. We’ve staged all of our events in the Middle East flawlessly. We have 3 events left this year, one being November 7th with the Crown Jewel, which should be a big one for us. We are all systems go,” he said.
It seems like everything is under control and the event in Riyadh is set to go ahead as planned.
