Greg’s WWE NXT Halloween Havoc Results (October 31, 2026): UFC star set for debut!! CM Punk to challenge for top title!!

This post was originally published on this site.

WWE put the NXT brand up against AEW Collision tonight with WWE Halloween Havoc. With Danhausen serving as the host for the night, would his brand of insanity blend with the Tuesday night roster to give us a great night of action?

We had two WWE NXT Title bouts tonight, with both Kelani Jordan and Grayson Waller defending the top prizes of the brand. Would a title change hands tonight? Would Shiloh Hill solve the mist? Would WWE give a valid explanation for why Izzi Dame opted for a non-title match when she had a championship opportunity?

Thanks for the submission!

Probably not on that last one. Still, let’s find out together.

Here are the full results for WWE NXT Halloween Havoc:

  • Myles Borne defeated Tavion Heights via pinfall with the Borne Again onto a trash can.
  • Izzi Dame defeated Zaria via pinfall with the Busaiku Knee.
  • Zilla defeated Charlie Dempsey via pinfall with the Uso Splash.
  • Kelani Jordan defeated Wren Sinclair via pinfall with a backslide to retain the WWE NXT Women’s Championship.
  • Shiloh Hill defeated Naraku via pinfall with the pop-up neckbreaker.
  • Grayson Waller defeated Tony D’Angelo via pinfall with the rolling stunner to retain the WWE NXT Men’s Championship.

The night started off with our host, Danhausen! Thankfully, after Gunther’s brutal attack last night, the King of Curses managed to show up tonight, with his minis in tow.

Mr. Hausen said WWE NXT GM Robert Stone paid him a lot of human moneys to make sure tonight was full of haunts, curses, and more. That includes a special wheel that was “Danhausen’d”, whatever that meant.

He also revealed that parts of the Performance Center were turned into “scare rooms.” So tons of backstage segments tonight.

Weapons Wild Match: Tavion Heights vs Myles Borne

Borne entered with a Jason Voorhees-inspired mask, while Tavion Heights had Freddy Krueger sweater colored gear (red and green horizontal stripes). Borne went for the throat early after being sent to the floor. Tavion set up a table, only for Myles to go to the leg with a steel chair. Tavion avoided a chair against the post, though, and belly-to-belly’d Borne into some steel chairs.

Borne turned things around during the break, though, and battered his former best friend with the steel chair. Shots to the leg and the back. Borne also pilmanized Tavion’s ankle, the monster.

The former WWE North American Champion pulled the top turnbuckle pad off one of the corners and was launched into it by Tavion, another belly-to-belly. Borne recovered quickly and knocked a chair into Heights’ stomach with a toolbox. Another shot to the head with the box busted the thing open, revealing tons of nuts and bolts. He went for Borne Again, but Heights held onto the ropes, sending Myles into the metal.

A DDT on the apron stunned Heights, and Myles hit a Randy Orton-esque powerslam into the chair for a two-count.

Heights placed a trash can over Heights and swung for the fences, cracking a chair off the can. He set up to pilmanize Myles’ ankle with another chair, con-chair-to style, and Borne begged for his life.

No doing. Heights brought that chair down and then wrenched in an ankle lock. Myles got to the ropes, but that didn’t matter in this match. Borne managed to send Heights into the unprotected ring post, breaking the hold up just before tapping out.

Heights stumbled out to the apron, the first one up. He went for a superplex onto a table on the floor. Myles countered with a camera operator’s camera! CRACK!! Heights fell through the table, but the camera might’ve done more damage.

Borne sent Heights into the ring, and finished things with Borne Again onto a trash can. 1-2-3.

Myles Borne defeated Tavion Heights via pinfall with the Borne Again onto a trash can.

Grade: C+. It was solid for an opener, but despite all the weapons, it didn’t have the vitriol that this feud demanded. Both Heights and Borne seemed to be stalled out in this feud. Hopefully, whatever’s next, both head into 2027 with some momentum.

We cut to Tristan Angels taking a few women around one of the Scare Rooms, but he clearly didn’t have the stomach for it. Sean Legacy was, apparently, working the thing and took the ladies with him while wearing a black apron smeared in…blood?

Naraku and Shiloh Hill ran into each other backstage, both spraying each other with orange mist. It gave them both hallucinations that we all got to see. Naraku found himself in a dark, vaguely green-lit room with fog. Shiloh seemed to be in a haunted forest.

Along with the Danhausen Scare Rooms, it seemed that this match was going to be cut up into multiple pre-taped segments.

Our next match was a non-title bout featuring the WWE NXT Women’s NA Champion Zaria. Why non-title? Well, Izzi Dame had a title match guaranteed by Zaria herself, but didn’t want one.

Non-Title Match: Izzi Dame vs WWE NXT Women’s North American Champion Zaria

Zaria pounced on Izzi Dame while Vic Joseph asked WWE Hall of Famer Booker T a very good question: Why did Izzi Dame give up a title shot? Something something, mind games.

Zaria bounced Izzi in and out of the corner, but Izzi turned things around when Zaria went to Bret’s Rope (The most dangerous rope, hey OSW), and Izzi tripped her up. Zaria’s head bounced off the post, and Izzi followed up by throwing the WWE NA Champion face-first into the middle turnbuckle pad.

Left hanging in the Tree of Woe, Zaria ate a brutal spear. The champ fought off an avalanche backdrop suplex, knocking Izzo to the mat. Moonsault??? NOPE. Izzi rolled away and dropped Zaria with a diving Codebreaker for a two-count.

Zaria responded with a huge spear!! Instead of going for the pin, though, Izzi had plants in the crowd dressed up in the clothes we’d seen Zaria wearing in all those high school photos. For some reason, that distracted her. But it didn’t matter much, as she cut Izzi down with another spear.

Izzi kicked out and planted Zaria with a Gory Bomb for a near fall. Shwe went for the title, and the ref pulled it out of her hands. Zaria trapped her in a schoolboy for a two-count, and nearly took her head off with a discus lariat.

Instead of finishing things off, Zaria went for the belt. Again, the ref tried to interfere. Zaria pulled it away, and Izzi sent it into her face with a Busaiku Knee.

Izzi Dame defeated Zaria via pinfall with the Busaiku Knee.

Grade: D. This was… not good. Commentary spent most of the match trying to explain why this story made sense, but it just didn’t. Why would Zaria care that she used to wear dresses or was in her high school band? Why would Izzi willingly give up a WWE title opportunity when she could’ve won the NXT North American Title tonight? The match itself was…fine, but it was hard to get over how ridiculous this story was.

The WWE Dusty Cup finals were set for next week, with neither the AAA nor the WWE NXT Tag Team Champions getting out of the semi-finals. Former WWE NXT Champions Hank & Tank met Romeo Moreno & former WWE NXT Heritage Cup Champion Noam Dar ahead of their clash. Hank & Tank said their opponents were a young team… with Noam Dar on it.

Speaking of the tag champions, the Vanity Project met WWE NXT GM Robert Stone backstage, complaining after being eliminated from the Dusty. Stone was more upset about Swipe Right getting involved with Jackson Drake’s WWE NXT Men’s NA Title match. So it was time to punish the Vanity Project.

On NXT, it would be AAA Cruiserweight Champion Rey Fenix, Dragon Lee, and WWE Men’s Intercontinental Champion Chad Gable against the Vanity Project.

Our next match was a Very Nice, Very Evil Match. What was that? Let’s find out.

Very Nice, Very Evil Match: Charlie Dempsey vs Zilla Fatu

Booker T stated this was a Falls Count Anywhere Match. Dempsey wasn’t festive, though the rest of Birthright seemed to be dressed in 80s-inspired costumes. Zilla was Scorpion.

WWE’s youngest Bloodline member came into this injured, with a recently damaged hand and wrist. Dempsey took control early by zeroing in on that target. A few arm wrenches and stomps had Zilla yelling, but he turned things around with a big hip toss. A flying headbutt to an upside-down Dempsey failed when Dempsey sat out of the tree of woe, responding with a German suplex for a near fall.

The moment Zilla began to fire up, the entire Birthright attacked him. Of course, it was completely legal. They dominated Zilla thanks to the numbers game. After the break, they smashed Zilla’s damaged hand between the steel steps and a pumpkin.

Back in the ring, Stacks tossed a chain to Charlie, using it to make his Octopus Stretch that much more agonizing. Zilla broke free and planted Charlie with a Samoan Drop. A running senton flattened Dempsely.

Lexis got a superkick for his trouble, and Stacks a Samoan Spike. Uriah Connors was driven head-first into Stacks’ face with the Rikishi Driver.

As Zilla called for the Z, Dempsey blocked with a large shovel. Zilla shrugged it off and hit a flying Z, followed by the Uso Splash off the top.

Zilla Fatu defeated Charlie Dempsey via pinfall with the Uso Splash.

Grade: D. Zilla, with a broken hand, destroyed the entire Birthright stable. Not exactly good news for them, but big for Zilla. As for the match itself, there were some miscues for sure. But that crowd loved Zilla tonight, like every Tuesday night.

We saw Shiloh Hill’s uhhhh trip through the Danhausen Scare House. He was having a blast until a hooded person jumped him. He laid his possible attacker out with a headbutt, then asked if it was all real. We saw a haunted ringmaster, a witch, a woman with lots of baby dolls, and more.

It was… It was something.

UFC Fighter Michael Chandler volunteered to be the special guest enforcer for the next match between Dion Lennox and Cruz Montana. We got a pre-taped segment between the two, with Montana claiming Lennox didn’t have what it took to step up to him. Lennox said he didn’t want the watered-down, G-rated Cruz Montana. He wanted to beat the most vicious and hungry version of Cruz to prove once and for all that Dion was “just built different.”

According to Dion, Cruz wasn’t a good man. Wasn’t Superman. Just a deadbeat dad with a broken promise. Cruz promised that Dion would get the man he wanted in their match. He would beat Dion within an inch of his life, and that would be the end of his rise to stardom.

Chantel Monroe was talking trash backstage after her victory over Lizzy Rain on WWE NXT earlier this week. WWE Evolve Women’s Champion Nikkita Lyons backed her up, while Thea Hail and Skylar Raye stood up for Lizzy. Monroe said Lizzy didn’t have the guts to show her face after her loss, only to be scared by Rain, who popped out of a casket.

It was time to see how Naraku was holding up. Much like Shiloh, he was going through a “journey” and taking out random Scare House workers throughout the night. An undead king pointed Naraku in Shiloh’s direction… I think.

WWE NXT Women’s Championship: Wren Sinclair vs Kelani Jordan (c)

Challenger Wren Sinclair was repping MCU’s Scarlet Witch. She and WrenQCC partner, Kendal Grey, hugged on the ramp, but Wren went into this challenge alone. Kelani Jordan‘s accolades were pointed out. Whenever Jordan earned an opportunity at a championship, she won it on the first attempt. That’s a fantastic gimmick, honestly, and one she should keep on the main roster for a while. Jordan came out with a thick fur coat and a scar on her eye. Scar vs Scarlet Witch.

The WWE NXT Women’s Champion started strong early, but Wren caught her hopping out of the corner with a Finlay Roll. The #1 contender’s belly-to-back suplex failed, as Kelani backflipped out of it and sent Wren to the floor with a hurricanrana. Wren escaped an apron kick, dropping Kelani spine-first on the edge of the ring, and followed with a baseball slide to knock Kelani to the floor.

Kelani Jordan took over during the break, and we returned to see her loosening up one of the bottom turnbuckle pads. A nice double jump springboard crossbody took Wren down, and Kelani followed with a Northern Lights for a two-count.

Wren ducked a roundhouse and fired up on the champion. Chops, forearm smashes, and more set up a big flying elbow to the jaw. Kelani countered a powerbomb with a roll-up. Wren stood out of it, and sent Kelani to the corner with a butterfly suplex. A neckbreaker on the top rope connected, as did a gorgeous top rope crossbody for a near fall.

The WWE NXT Champion hammered Jordan with a superkick, but Wren avoided the One of a Kind. They fought in the ropes, leading to a slingshot seated arm breaker to Wren’s left shoulder.

Back from the break, Wren and Kelani met in the middle for a double facebuster. They fought back to their feet, but Kelani got the better of her challenger with a Canadian shoulder breaker. A perfect Frog Splash crushed Wren for a two-count, and Kelani immediately transitioned into a Fujiwara Armbar.

Wren escaped, spinning Kelani Jordan around for the Bang-a-rang. The Cattle Mutilation, her “Final Wrench,” was wrenched in, but Kelani managed to fight and send Wren through the ropes. Wren’s shoulder hit the exposed turnbuckle, and Kelani took advantage, hitting a perfect 450 splash.

Wren, somehow, kicked out! Final Wrench again! Jordan flipped through several times, but Wren only deepened the hold! Kelani slowly got to her feet and drove Wren’s face into the turnbuckle. Wren held her arms, but was knocked out cold. For added effect, Kelani got her foot on the ropes, but she didn’t need it.

Kelani Jordan defeated Wren Sinclair via pinfall to retain the WWE NXT Women’s Championship.

Grade: B+. Best match of the night. Wren’s one of the best technicians on the entire roster, and Kelani is just a star. These two worked well together. But we knew how this was gonna end, and it didn’t seem like anybody in the crowd expected anything different.

Shiloh Hill vs Naraku

Shiloh Hill and Naraku finally met, and a zombie WWE ref showed up. They broke through the wall near the announce desk, I guess making this an official match? And the ref was back to normal!

In the ring, Naraku planted Shiloh with a sit-out Widowmaker for an early two-count. Shiloh blocked the STO and took Naraku’s face off with a rope-assisted discus lariat and a running boot. The standing inverted 360 senton flattened Naraku for two.

Shiloh introduced his own mist, his “Fog” which countered Naraku’s black mist. He sent Naraku upward for the pop-up neckbreaker.

Shiloh Hill defeated Naraku via pinfall with the pop-up neckbreaker.

Grade: F. This was several segments added up to just a few brief moments. It was… this could’ve been on a regular episode.

Backstage, Kelani Jordan ran into WWE NXT GM Robert Stone. Jordan was very braggadocious about her big win, but Stone had bad news. On Wednesday, she’d defend her title against a mystery opponent. WWE SmackDown star CM Punk would also be on the Wednesday edition of NXT. Would he challenge Kelani Jordan for the WWE NXT Women’s Championship?

Probably not.

Danhausen wanted to clone Kam Hendrix in the Scare Hausen, but Kam refused. While mocking the employees (Does Danhausen hire people or does he clone them?), he was attacked by a disguised EK Prosper.

WWE NXT Men’s Championship: Tony D’Angelo vs Grayson Waller (c)

The challenger took the fight to the champion right away. Tony D’Angelo dumped Grayson Waller to the floor, following with a big dive. The former WWE NXT Champion got a bit too excited, though, and Waller dodged D’Angelo’s shoulder tackle into the steps.

D’Angelo blocked a piledriver attempt on the steps, sending Waller overhead with a back body drop as we cut to break.

Tony D dominated Waller while talking trash. The first WWE NXT Grand Slampion was out to prove himself tonight against a loudmouth. The pair fought on the apron with Waller clearing the top turnbuckle. A neckbreaker to the exposed steel sent Tony crashing to the floor.

A triangle choke in the ropes set Waller up for a side kick to Tony. It wasn’t enough to get the win, but it was enough to get Booker T’s praise. Another neckbreaker dropped Tony for two. Waller winked at Tony D’Angelo’s wife as he cranked her husband’s neck.

Tony broke free of Waller’s grip and hammered him with stiff rights. Waller responded with a boot to the jaw, but when he went for the baseball slide, Tony ducked it. A flapjack and a back suplex to the apron left Waller in pain.

Waller regained composure, spiking Tony on the steps with a DDT. While on the floor, Waller mocked Tony’s wife and the former champion’s child. That woke the challenger up, and the former Don was seeing red.

Tony tackled Waller, pelted him with rights, then drove him into the steps with the back suplex. While Waller writhed in pain, Tony checked on his wife and baby.

During the break, Tony ran in the corner where Waller leapt up, driving Tony’s face directly into the mat. We returned to see Waller hitting repeated knee strikes on D’Angelo. They fought to the top, where Tony launched Waller across the ring with an avalanche overhead belly-to-belly suplex.

The pair ducked and dodged each other’s signature moves before Tony planted the champ with a pop-up THUMP for a two-count about as close as they could get. Waller spun Tony out with a 360 Overdrive out of the corner. Tony kicked out and speared Waller out of the air.

He kind of got Waller in the lower region, but Waller seemed okay.

They moved to the stairs by the announce desk. Tony went for the Dead to Rights, but Waller countered with a cutter through the desk. Back in the ring, the rolling stunner was countered by Dead to Rights!!

1-2-nope! Waller grabbed the ropes to break things up. Tony moved over to a crowbar in the corner. While the ref and Tony argued over it, Waller smashed Tony into the official. Tony ducked a crowbar strike from Waller and hit another testicle crushing spear, but the ref was out.

While Tony checked on the ref, Waller cracked his challenger in the dome with the crowbar. Rolling stunner. 1-2-3.

Grayson Waller defeated Tony D’Angelo via pinfall with the Rolling Stunner to retain the WWE NXT Men’s Championship.

Grade: B-. More or less the same as the previous match. But the women emerged the winners of the night.

After the match, Danhausen interrupted. His close personal friend had something to say. It was former WWE Champion CM Punk! The Voice of the Voiceless was challenging Grayson Waller for the WWE NXT Championship on November 4!

Overall Grade. D-. Wow, was this… not good. Regardless of the fact that the NXT weekend shows aren’t PLEs anymore, they’re still supposed to be big nights with big moments. And this… didn’t have many of those. I like almost everyone on this show, but it felt like a half-thrown-together event. The blood feuds didn’t have the heat. For some reason, we can see the hallucinations the wrestlers are having. Nothing shocking took place tonight. And the matches themselves ranged from terrible to good. Gotta be in the running for the worst NXT show of the year.
