Remember the order of the symbols displayed above the door. You will need to follow this sequence to activate the correct levers.
Step 2: Find and activate the correct levers
After identifying the symbols, return to the maze and search for the levers scattered throughout the area. Each lever has a symbol corresponding to one of the images displayed above the secret room’s door.
You must activate these levers in the exact order shown above the door. For example, if the first symbol is a pumpkin, find and activate the lever marked with the pumpkin symbol. Then return to the secret room to check the next symbol and locate its corresponding lever.
Repeat this process until you have activated all six levers in the correct sequence. Do not activate the levers randomly. Pulling the wrong lever will reset your progress, forcing you to start the puzzle again. Make sure you check the symbol sequence carefully before activating each lever.
Step 3: Avoid the Piggy Entity
While searching for levers, you must also avoid the Piggy entity roaming the maze. Getting caught even once will reset your progress, meaning you’ll have to repeat the puzzle.

Step 4: Collect the relic
Once you have activated all six levers in the correct order, return to the secret room. The door that was previously locked should now be open. Enter the room and look for the relic.
Unlike several other floors in The Hollow, where completing the puzzle automatically grants you the relic, you must physically collect it yourself on Floor 9. Make sure you pick it up before leaving the room.
Step 5: Escape to the Elevator
With the relic collected, make your way back through the maze and return to the elevator.
