You can obtain the pre-order and Deluxe Edition rewards in Phantom Blade Zero shortly after progressing through the main story quest for a while. But unlike most games, the latest action-adventure title does not tell you how to access these rewards. It is fairly simple to do so, and you will be able to get them as soon as you complete the prologue.

How to obtain the pre-order and Deluxe Edition rewards in Phantom Blade Zero?
When you boot up the game for the first time, you will be able to see that the pre-order and Deluxe Edition rewards in Phantom Blade Zero have been added to your inventory. But the game will not tell you how to access them.
To use the rewards, you will need to play through the prologue chapters of the game. After you defeat Zuo Shang, your brother from the order, Soul, the protagonist, will be revived and given a heart that will allow him to live for 66 days. He will be tasked with finding another heart that will give him his old life back.
This will be followed by a chase sequence where you will have to defeat a few soldiers from the Order, followed by a mini-boss fight against the Hunt, Hunter of the Order enemy. Defeating him will be followed by Soul falling off the edge of the cliff.
Here, you will regain control, and you can access the inventory. Go to the Character menu and select the Appearance tab (the one on the right marked by a hat icon). Here you will be able to select between your outfits, which include the ones you get as the pre-order and Deluxe Edition rewards in Phantom Blade Zero.
You can access the Treasure Basin accessory from the Equip tab. It will give you 10% extra Remnant Dust, the main resource of the game.

The pre-order and Deluxe Edition rewards are mostly a few outfits for Soul, alongside the Digital Artbook and Soundtracks for the game. Here are all the outfits that you can unlock:

- Outfit: Blood Steel Form
- Outfit: Legacy
You will also receive the Treasure Basin accessory as part of the pre-order bonus rewards.
