WWE continues preparations for November’s Crown Jewel in Saudi Arabia, already setting up signage at the venue. However, one display has caught fans’ attention, featuring two superstars whose match hasn’t been officially announced for the upcoming event.
Gunther and Finn Balor are the names in question. This suggests that the creative team may have plans to place them in a match at the event. And certainly, this isn’t coming out of nowhere, as the duo has been feuding across SmackDown almost since The Prince first arrived in June.
Thanks for the submission!
The bitter rivals have gone back and forth in heated exchanges. However, they haven’t yet gone one-on-one in the ring. It is quite surprising that this rivalry has gone on for so long without the two stars having any actual in-ring action. However, it seems the company may be about to change that soon.
While WWE has yet to officially announce the match, fans will have to wait and see if Finn Balor vs. Gunther becomes part of the Crown Jewel 2026 card.
Four matches have been confirmed for WWE Crown Jewel so far
WWE is continuing to build toward Crown Jewel 2026, with four matches announced for the November 7 event.
The show will feature several major rivalries, with championships and bragging rights at stake. Roman Reigns is scheduled to face Sami Zayn for the men’s Crown Jewel Championship. On the other hand, Liv Morgan will take on Chelsea Green for the women’s Crown Jewel Championship.
Fans will also see Cody Rhodes and Randy Orton settle their differences in a Last Man Standing Match. The two former allies have been involved in a heated rivalry on SmackDown. Thus, their upcoming match is likely to be one of the most intense encounters on the card.
The World Tag Team Championship will also be on the line. The Vision’s Bron Breakker and Austin Theory are set to defend their titles against Penta and Je’Von Evans.
With the event approaching, the company could announce more matches in the coming days.
