Mercedes Mone recently revealed on her Instagram story that she is dressed as a bunny this Halloween. She shared a video of herself in bunny ears, and in the caption she wrote the information above.
“Imma bunny for Halloween,” she wrote.
Mone made her All Elite Wrestling in-ring debut in 2024 and is one of the biggest names in the promotion. Tony Khan has immense faith in her, and many believe that she will end her career in the Jacksonville-based company. However, many want her to rejoin her previous employer, WWE. She achieved immense success in the sports entertainment juggernaut, having held multiple titles.
AEW TBS Champion Queen Aminata showers Mercedes Mone with praise
Queen Aminata recently won the AEW TBS Championship. In a recent interview with CMLL Informa, Aminata spoke about her Grand Slam France match with Mercedes Mone. She called the CEO amazing and serenaded her with praise. She wants to wrestle the former Sasha Banks again.
“Growing up watching wrestling, I didn’t really have a role model, so I just wanted to make myself my own role model. Now that I’ve faced her in Paris, after that match, something stuck in my head. I want to be as good as this woman is. She is amazing. I don’t think people give her enough credit. I feel like I’m a different wrestler because of that match. It was in France, and I grew up in France. Of course, it’s the one and only Mercedes Mone. I want to do it again. I really want to wrestle her again. She’s amazing,” she said. [H/T: Fightful]
It will be interesting to see what the future holds for Aminata. She won the TBS Championship by dethroning Persephone. Fans are expecting her to have a lengthy and dominant reign and to enter 2027 with the gold.
